Ralph Van Dijk

Creative Director & Founder

Ralph Van Dijk is a world authority on effective radio advertising and audio branding. He founded Eardrum in London in 1990, and launched Eardrum Australia in 2006.

His passion for the medium is fuelled by a determination to innovate, subvert and explore new ways for brands to connect to their audience through sound.

Ralph’s most recent highlights including One Show Grand Prix, 3x Gold Lions at Cannes, New York Festival Gold, and 3x Radio & Audio Agency of the Year at the London International Awards.

In recognition of these accolades, he was selected as an ‘advertising legend’ to serve as Jury President at the 60th anniversary of the Cannes Lions Festival.

Jessie Williams

Head of Production

With over 15 years’ experience as an agency producer, there isn’t a complicated brief, short deadline or tight budget Jessie hasn’t encountered.

Added to this is her encyclopedic knowledge of actors both here and abroad. If they’ve appeared in a movie, on TV, at the theatre or even your local town hall, chances are Jessie will know who they are and where to find them.

Head of Casting

Kate cut her casting teeth working for the UK’s leading video production company, Jacaranda. Her knack for spotting fresh, upcoming talent has proved a valuable asset, along with her intentional casting knowledge, ensuring we have the ability to cast the net wide when we need to.

Tess Waldron

Senior Producer

Tess is a high-energy creative producer who enjoys taking on new challenges. She brings to Eardrum a wealth of experience producing/post producing a slate of Australian top-rated entertainment.

Tess has a knack for creating captivating content from concept through to final delivery. In her mind, there’s no story too small to tell and no production too ambitious to undertake.

Emily Burns

Junior Producer

Emily brings a dynamic mix of creativity and precision to her role as Junior Producer. With a background in visual storytelling and film production, she is always ready to support the production team at every stage.

Driven by a love for collaboration and innovation, Emily’s trademark energy, enthusiasm and commitment is evident in every project.
